This patient had an implant and porcelain crown placed by Nigel to fill the space, he also replaced his crown on his upper central with a more cosmetic porcelain crown. We finished the job with some whitening! This patient also needed some gum surgery and bone grafting, we did all this at the same time – no outside referral needed!
