This lady had pain coming from her upper front central tooth and had noticed it become darker over a few years. The tooth was unable to be saved and patient decided to go ahead with an implant. During the implant healing period the patient whitened her teeth, 3 months later we fit a custom made porcelain bonded crown which matched her brighter smile perfectly. Composite bonding was placed on the upper front teeth to complete the patients desired smile.
