A patient came to us with multiple concerns: one of their front teeth was severely damaged, another was loose, and the surrounding gum area had receded significantly. On top of that, the patient was understandably worried about how their smile would look after treatment — especially since it affected their front teeth, the most visible part of anyone’s smile.
Instead of rushing into treatment, Nigel and the team developed a personalised plan that addressed every detail — from the bone structure beneath the gums to the way the final tooth would appear in the smile.

The “black triangle” (the dark space that can sometimes appear between teeth and gums) was successfully avoided thanks to advanced gum-shaping techniques.
