Our approach focuses on prevention, rather than treatment, with our own practice dental hygienist available to offer help and advice on every aspect of tooth cleaning and maintenance for all our patients. The team are constantly advancing their knowledge and are experienced in all kinds of advanced and referral treatment, including implants, same day teeth, Invisalign and orthodontics, as well as cosmetic dentures and facial aesthetics anti-wrinkle treatments. We also offer 0% finance for all patients when you spend over £500, making larger treatment plans more affordable.
New Patient Update: As of January 2025, our brand-new surgery at the practice is now open and we are excited to welcome a new dentist to our team. Seaham Smiles was founded in 2010 by Dr Nigel Suggett, however there has been a practice on the same site at 2 Maureen Terrace for over 65 years. While much has changed in that time, our commitment to providing the highest quality treatment for the people of Seaham has not. An extensive refurbishment in 2020 means the practice now boasts four surgeries, each featuring the very latest equipment including CBCT and Intraoral scanners.
The practice is situated in a quiet area with ample free on street parking and is easily reached by local public transport. We pride ourselves on being paper-light and environmentally friendly, so we’re good to the planet as well as your teeth.
