As of January 2025, our brand-new surgery at the practice is now open, and we are excited to welcome a new dentist to our team. We have had an influx of interest and are currently working our way through our waiting list. If you have not heard from us, please get in touch. If you are looking for a new dentist, please contact us as we have limited availability.
The only way to join Seaham Smiles as a patient is on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.

Our Seaham Smiles Membership Plans are designed to help you take control of your oral health with confidence and ease. By spreading the cost of your routine care into manageable monthly payments, you can enjoy regular dental check-ups, hygiene treatments, and exclusive discounts on further treatment, without unexpected expenses.
Memberships also give you priority access to guaranteed emergency care, extended appointment times, and the freedom to register with the dentist of your choice. It’s our way of making high-quality, preventative dental care more accessible, consistent, and convenient, so you can focus on maintaining a healthy, confident smile for life.
We offer several care plans at the practice:
Gold Membership
£16.95 per month
- An oral health assessment every 6 months, twice every year.
- A maintenance hygiene cleaning every 6 months, twice every year.
- Any X-rays you may need
- Exclusive 15% discount on most dental treatments
- Access to worldwide dental emergency scheme
- If your child is aged 6 or under, they qualify for complimentary dental examinations and treatment at no cost.
Gold Plus Membership
£20.35 per month
- An oral health assessment every 6 months, twice every year.
- A maintenance hygiene cleaning every 6 months, including air polish, twice every year.
- Any X-rays you may need
- Exclusive 15% discount on most dental treatments
- Access to worldwide dental emergency scheme
- If your child is aged 6 or under, they qualify for complimentary dental examinations and treatment at no cost.
Platinum Membership
£23.00 per month
- An oral health assessment every 6 months, twice every year.
- A maintenance hygiene cleaning every 3 months, four times every year.
- Any X-rays you may need
- Exclusive 15% discount on most dental treatments
- Access to worldwide dental emergency scheme
- If your child is aged 6 or under, they qualify for complimentary dental examinations and treatment at no cost.
Platinum Plus Membership
£29.50 per month
- An oral health assessment every 6 months, twice every year.
- A maintenance hygiene cleaning every 3 months, including air polish, four every year.
- Any X-rays you may need
- Exclusive 15% discount on most dental treatments
- Access to worldwide dental emergency scheme
- If your child is aged 6 or under, they qualify for complimentary dental examinations and treatment at no cost.
Our dental membership plans for children are designed for ages 7 to 21. If you are a parent or guardian on one of our membership plans and have a child aged 0 to 6, we offer complimentary dental care for your child until their 7th birthday. If you are not a member of the practice and have a child 0 to 6 years old, an independent charge will apply.

Children Plan Membership
(Suitable for ages 7-17)£7.60 per month

Young Adult Plan Membership
(Suitable for ages 18-21)£10.50 per month
- An oral health assessment every 6 months, twice every year.
- A hygiene cleaning every 6 months with your treating dentist, if required.
- Any X-rays you may need
- Exclusive 20% discount on most dental treatments
- Access to worldwide dental emergency scheme
And because you never know what might be around the corner, all our plans include guaranteed emergency care at Seaham Smiles within 48 hours (of our working hours) and the added reassurance of access to the worldwide dental emergency assistance scheme 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So no matter whether you’re away on holiday, or simply more than 15 miles from the practice, you can get help even on a weekend or bank holiday.
