Free parking is available on streets near the practice. The best place to park is usually Queen Street, off Maureen Terrace. You should be able to park within 100 metres of the practice without time restriction or parking charges.
Unless you are driving from an address in Seaham, you will arrive via the A19.
Whether coming from the north or south it is best to turn off at the junction and follow signs to "Seaham". Head east along Seaton Lane to the traffic lights on the crossroads. Turn right on the B1285 and head southwards to the mini roundabout where you will turn left onto the B1404. Head eastwards along Station Road past a parade of shops after which the road bends to the right after a mini roundabout, and rises up the B1287 New Strangford Road to a large roundabout by the Police Station. Go straight on after the roundabout down a dual carriageway to another large roundabout. Take the second exit onto the dual carriageway rising up to another roundabout where you will see Seaham Smiles to the right, Take the second exit from the roundabout along Maureen Terrace driving past the practice. Take the first turn on the left, this is Queen Street where you will be able to park without payment of parking charges.
Seaham railway station is on the line from Middlesbrough to Sunderland and Newcastle. Seaham Smiles is only a few minutes walk from the station.
